National Pancake Day

Tomorrow is National Pancake Day!

I will not be able to celebrate it as we are traveling today and tomorrow.

We are a sugar free home, so our pancakes will have to wait for another day to be celebrated and, ahem, eaten.

How celebrated will they feel??

But you should know....sugar free, done the right way can be just as yummy as the full sugar counterpart!

Dates as sweetener...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
